Preparations are already under way for the annual Snowflake Fair!
The Snowflake Fair is an annual event, to be held this year on Friday/Saturday, November 10th-11th at the church. It provides an opportunity for both money earning, and wonderful fellowship. The Fair offers food & craft items, vendors, and a Silent Auction of goods and services. The Women’s Federation organization coordinates the activities, but help is needed, and welcome, from all members of the church to make this the biggest success possible!
At this point, we would like to have everyone Save the Date, consider how you can support the event, and actively solicit donations for the Silent Auction. Any goods or services (legal, of course) qualify! Along with any personal donations you may want to offer, if you are aware of an organization or individual that does donations for this type of fundraising, please contact them. The Silent Auction Donation form (click here) may be used to document the item/service you have acquired, along with some information needed to present and ultimately award it properly. Please submit completed forms to Nicole Guglietta or Karen Hodge, anytime between now and November. You do not have to have the item in hand yet, but this form is used to track, what we can expect to have, what come in, and what has ultimately been delivered to each winner.
